Data Deletion

Our app, NSM Ads MCP, doesn't collect personal information from Facebook or Instagram users. If you'd like us to delete information we hold about you or your business, here's how.

How to ask

1. Email marketing@nustylemarketing.com.au with the subject "Data deletion request".

2. Tell us your name, the email address or phone number you used with us, and what you'd like deleted: for example a website enquiry, or the records we keep for your business's Meta ad accounts.

3. If the request is about a business's ad accounts, we'll check that you can act for that business, for example as an admin of its Meta business portfolio.

What happens next

We'll confirm we've received your request within 2 business days.

We'll delete the information within 30 days and email you when it's done.

We keep only what the law requires us to keep (such as invoices) and a note that your request was completed.

Stop our access at any time

A business can remove our access to its ad accounts whenever it likes: in Meta Business Settings, open the ad account and remove Nu-Style Marketing as a partner. Our app can't reach the account after that.
