Nu-Style Marketing ("we", "us") is a digital marketing agency in Malaga, Western Australia. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

1. When you contact us

If you use the form on our website, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, company or project name, the services you're interested in and your message. We use it to reply to you and to talk with you about your project.

2. When you visit our website

Our website uses Google Tag Manager to load analytics and advertising tools. These tools may use cookies to show us how visitors use the site and to measure our own advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

3. When we manage advertising for our clients

When a business asks us to run its advertising, it gives us access to its Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad accounts. We connect to them through our own app, NSM Ads MCP. The app reads campaign settings, ad copy and performance reports, and makes the changes our client approves. It does not use Facebook Login, does not collect personal information about Facebook or Instagram users, and does not read customer lists. We keep a record of each change we make (what changed, when, and who approved it) on a secured server in Sydney, Australia.

4. Who we share it with

We don't sell personal information. We share it only with the services we use to run our business, such as our email, website hosting and the advertising platforms (Meta and Google) we work in on our clients' behalf, or where the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with you and for our business records. We keep the change records for a client's ad accounts while we manage them, unless the client asks us to delete them sooner. Some records, such as invoices, we must keep by law.
